You must be happy with your purchase or simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a prompt refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. If you want to return something within the 30 day period, please ship the package back to our returns department, located at the following address:

Once the package is received, our fulfillment house will notify us and you will be issued a credit on your credit card immediately. If you paid by check, a check will be issued by us immediately.
In the event that you return a package to us and it has passed the 30 day period for our return offer, you will be notified and given the option to have us ship the package back to you. In the event that wish to have it returned, you will be charged for return shipping and handling of the package.

Foreign Orders (shipped outside USA and territories)
There are no refunds for foreign orders, for any reason. We try to determine whether or not we are able to ship products to your country before we ship your order. However, we have no control over the customs authorities in your country and whether or not your country allows our products to be sent to you. If a package is refused by the customs authorities in your country or by you, there are no refunds, even if the package is returned to us. Please note that we do not sell any product that comes back to us. Rather, it is donated to charity.
