Your First Order
We do our best to make ordering any of our products as simple as possible. If you are ordering for the first-time at foodform.com, you will need to click on the "Register" link found in the upper right hand corner of any page and create an account with us to place orders through the website. Your username will be your e-mail address. You will choose a password and also indicate your billing and shipping information, contact information, and optional demographic information.
When you create your account, you can check the "remember me" box which will place an identifying cookie in your computer. If you do so, when you return to this site you will be automatically logged in. If you do not check the "remember me" box, you will need to log in each time you order by clicking on the login link at the upper right hand corner of the page.
When you log in you can then click on the "my account" link found in the upper right hand corner. This will take you to your customer account where you can view your order history, track a current order, start an autoship program or update your account information.
When you place an order as a registered user, your billing and shipping information is automatically placed into the shopping cart for you to save you time. You can also repeat a past order without having to enter the items. You will also have access to special discounts and offers. Finally, you will be able to post comments in our Blog and Forums.
After You Place An Order
Orders placed on any given business day before 4PM Eastern Time (3:30 PM on Fridays) will be processed that same day and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day and shipped the business day after processing. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse, Reko, Inc., located near Kansas City, Missouri. Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped. The charge on your credit card statement will show as "REKO." For a detailed description of shipping methods and recommndations, please refer to our Shipping Info page.
When your order has shipped, your account will be updated. You can then log in and view the tracking information for your package, along with a projected arrival date. In the event that there is a problem with processing your order, you will be notified via e-mail and phone so you can contact us and get your order shipped without unnecessary delays.
